The completion of this 26,000 SF office building and heavy-duty truck service center expanded the footprint of Xcel Energy, a large utility company powering millions of homes and businesses across eight Western and Midwestern states. The new Xcel Energy facility in Canyon, TX consists of roughly 10,000 SF of corporate office space and a 16,000 SF heavy-duty truck garage and maintenance bay.

 

The pre-engineered metal building features 3 to 5-inch thick, insulated metal plates for the roof and walls. The office is equipped with security and Audio/Visual capabilities. The large, state-of-the-art meeting and conference room features a cutting-edge projector and high-end video conferencing tools.

 

The new Xcel Energy campus in Canyon, TX expanded their presence and visibility in Texas, providing a high-tech, multi-use space for engineering personnel and heavy-duty utility fleet storage and maintenance.
