L. Keeley Construction and Sullivan Bank are proud to announce their partnership for the design and construction of Sullivan Bank's new branch in St. Clair, MO. Together, the companies will create a state-of-the-art facility to serve the financial needs to the St. Clair community.
This unique design-build project will provide the community with a brand new, 6,100 SF establishment with a community room that can be utilized by all bank customers and employees. The lobby space will be framed by clerestory windows to allow natural light to flow into the space. The bank will also provide its customers with an ATM, drive-up capabilities, and a traditional teller line to accommodate the local market.
Located on the prominent corner of North Main St. (Old Hwy 47) and Commercial Ave. (Old Hwy 66), the bank will provide ease of access in order to best serve the city of St. Clair. The stunning architecture of this branch will prove to be a statement for Sullivan Bank's dedication and commitment to enhancing St. Clair's financial and cultural growth.
In their 125th year, Sullivan Bank recently changed their name, website, and logo. Adding a showcase branch to their brand makes perfect sense. Partnering with L. Keeley Construction, Sullivan Bank will look to move towards the future in order to better serve their customers and communities.
