L. Keeley Construction to Build New Texas Trust Credit Union Brand in Grand Prairie, TX
ST. LOUIS, MO – February 4, 2021 – L. Keeley and Texas Trust Credit Union are proud to announce the construction of a new branch located in Grand Prairie, Texas. L. Keeley’s Plan | Design | Build Financial Facilities team worked closely with the Texas Trust team and is responsible for the project from the initial conception all the way through to completion. The building is scheduled to be completed in late 2021 and will be located on S. Carrier Parkway near the Fish Creek Preserve in Grand Prairie.
The 4,280 SF structure will house retail banking, a community room, and a partner office. Texas Trust wanted a modern and welcoming building that embraces the unique character of North Texas’ natural materials, but also a facility that will act as a community hub with engaging spaces. The newly developed site will feature extensive native plantings, three drive-up lanes, and a convertible-use area for outdoor community events. L. Keeley and design partner Oculus, Inc. will build the exterior facades in limestone with adobe brick and weathered wood accents, punctuated with a sweeping volume of “Texas Trust Blue” metal and glass. At night, the high volume will glow with blue light, acting as a beacon even after hours. The interior will feature a clean, bright, and polished aesthetic warmed with wood accents.
