Together Credit Union wanted a new branch concept that embraced both advances in technology and enhanced the member experience at the branch. Keeley's design Team worked with them through numerous iterations to arrive at a new prototype design that exceeded all expectations. It features an airy and dramatic design that contains complete member services within a very accessible layout. Interior fabric "sails" perform multiple functions of blocking direct sunlight; creating a unique dramatic environment; and with the help of color changing LED lighting, producing a beacon effect at night. Drive-up services are provided by three easy access ITMs (interactive teller machines). In addition to this new branch, Keeley helped modernize several existing branches to create optimal spaces, enhancing the member experience.
