On an existing multi-use development that Keeley Properties completed 3 years ago, the 2nd floor had been left for potential commercial office use. Keeley Properties decided to fit out this floor as 13 new apartments and a new Gym, Lounge, Leasing area and steam room. Keeley won the hard bid on the project to finish the space. ​
