Keeley Construction completed all field installation and management activities of three 3600 SCFM and one 6400 SCFM Renewable Natural Gas Facilities in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Indiana, including concrete and steel erection, equipment and process piping installation, and commissioning of various specialized systems.

Keeley Construction was contracted to perform all field installation and management activities for the development of three 3600 SCFM and one 6400 SCFM Renewable Natural Gas Facilities in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Indiana. The feedstock for the facility was a landfill gas collection system. Keeley was responsible for all activities from initial site work development, concrete installation, steel erection, equipment installation, process piping, electrical & instrumentation installation, and commissioning. The project included dual wall HDPE condensate systems, 18” & 24” Landfill Gas Piping, stainless & carbon steel welding, and process tubing. Main equipment installations included: H2S System, LN2 System, Thermal Oxidizer (TOX), NRU (Nitrogen Recovery) & Absorbers, TSA, Membrane Filtration, Sales Compression, Vacuum Compression, 1st/2nd Stage Feed Compression, Recycle Compression, Methane Deoxidization, and Off-Spec Flare.
