Olive Crossing is a multi-phase redevelopment of a critical corner at the southwest intersection of Interstate-170 and Olive Boulevard in Olivette, Missouri. This dynamic 14.8-acre mixed use center is anchored by 180,000+ SF of office space with a 160-room dual brand Marriott Courtyard and Element hotel, 181 apartment units, and 30,000+ SF of retail, dining, and services. Restaurant spaces offer accessible and attractive outdoor dining, high ceilings with extended glass frontage, and ample easy parking. Two parking garages support the office and apartment uses. The development commenced in 2021 with the multifamily building and associated parking. The precast 4 level parking garage has 309 spaces for the 181 apartments and staff plus overflow for retail users. The other garage will serve the office building and the hotel at around 600-800 spaces, depending on final size of the office building and has not yet been designed.
