A quick turnaround install of a complete six cooling tower system was needed to run an upgraded ASU due to a fire that destroyed all components of the existing cooling tower system. Keeley provided a turnkey, tightly scheduled turnaround that was completed in 2 months.

One major challenge with this project was working all disciplines from Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and I/E simultaneously in a condensed area. Keeley utilized their multi-disciplined craft personnel to avoid over-saturation of manpower and accomplish these tasks concurrently.

Despite the tight schedule, Keeley had the compressors ready to accommodate the demand for the upgraded ASU system on time and within budget.
