Keeley Internships are Hands-On, providing the opportunity to gain real-world experience throughout various stages of a wide variety of projects. Interns manage subcontractors, serve as Project Engineers & Superintendents, and take their classroom knowledge to the next level with experience in the field and the office.

COLLABORATIVE

The Keeley Internship Experience is highly Collaborative with the opportunity to work alongside fellow Keeley'ns. Interns get to learn from industry veterans throughout their entire internship experience and receive the chance to work directly with Keeley Executives, building relationships and growing their network.

GAME CHANGING

Keeley provides a Game Changing internship experience focused on learning as much from these future industry leaders as they will from Keeley. Each intern is an integral member of every team and project they are part of, bringing innovative solutions and a fresh perspective that will shape the future of our company.

GLOBAL LEADER

IN LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Keeley’n Interns have the opportunity to experience firsthand a variety of educational opportunities through our globally-recognized L&D platform, KeeleyU. From instructor-led sessions and a robust LMS powered by Maryville University to intern-specific roundtable sessions and an in-depth orientation, interns receive best-in-class educational resources from Industry Leaders and Keeley Executives. Interns also have the opportunity to share their own experiences and fresh perspective through a unique Capstone Project at the conclusion of their internship.

Interns get to participate in a variety of instructor-led sessions offered in-person and virtually to all Keeley’ns across the nation through KeeleyU.

These “Roundtable” discussions are hosted by experienced Keeley’ns and cover a variety of topics tailored directly toward interns such as Networking Tips, Construction Terminology, Dynamic Presentation Skills, and more.

The KeeleyU LMS, Powered by Maryville University, hosts an abundance of content from safety training and construction-specific courses, to personal development opportunities such as health & wellness content, diversity & inclusion training, strategy & leadership education, and more.
