This project entailed a massive reconfiguration and remodeling of an office space to include a new client-facing workspace featuring a media center, classroom build-out, and training facility. A two-story building was erected within the existing space to create the training area along with four separate classrooms.

 

Each classroom has a specific STC rating to ensure noise from one classroom will not impact another. The remodel also includes updated restrooms and mechanical units.

 

The new office spaces were designed to accommodate technological trends and to ensure the space reflects the owner’s forward-thinking culture.
