The study the team creates during the Planning Phase is critical to the final design of the facility, affecting the aesthetic, functionality, and cost. The more accurate the information we develop, the better the final result. This information allows us to provide an architectural program that becomes the foundation for the design. At L. Keeley, our Build Process is a little different than other companies in the industry. We involve the local subcontracting community from the start of the building phase. We also have our own in-house Quality Management group – very unique to a company of L. Keeley’s size.
