Construction Analysis
One of the benefits that the Financial Facilities Team can provide customers is cost certainty. Project Experience
Ranken Technical College
St. Louis, MO
This project for Ranken Technical College involved building the college’s new Manufacturing Inc. building. As educational leaders, Ranken wanted to create a MicroEnterprise Program where students could learn and earn on campus. The building is a 24,000 SF Manufacturing Incubator/Training Center that provides students with an integrated, work-based experience.
This facility is a combination of a pre-engineered metal building framework with exterior architectural enhancements of storefront glazing, custom color masonry, and perforated metal panels to enhance the architectural metal panels. The entry lobby leads to a spacious corridor leading to the work cells, classroom space, break room, restrooms, and offices.
Architectural finishes include wall graphics in the corridor and ceramic tile in restrooms. Each work cell is equipped with its own concrete apron drive-up and a motor-operated overhead door.
