L. Keeley Construction has constructed multiple store locations for ALDI, some projects being space renovations while others required the complete construction of a new store.

In Ellisville, MO the L. Keeley Building Group renovated an existing tenant space and transformed it into a brand-new ALDI location. The existing space is located in a shopping plaza that remained active during all phases of renovation, a component that added to the complexity and uniqueness of this project.

The project also had to be completed within a short time-frame to meet ALDI’s stringent schedule requirements. L. Keeley self-performed the concrete and steel erection in order to help control onsite forces.
