5 West is a gorgeous five-story, multi-use space located in the heart of one the fastest growing cities in America, Bozeman, MT. This 120,000 SF project sits at the corner of “Main” and “Main” in the middle of the booming downtown urban scene.

 

The building is a post-tension concrete structure featuring 42 underground parking spaces, 40 surface spaces, and 42 custom condos ranging from 600-2400 SF. Each condo features a custom kitchen and bathroom finishes, making this project truly unique.

 

5 West also includes Opportunity Bank, restaurants, and office spaces. The rooftop showcases a patio and green roof that perfectly capture the essence of Big Sky living. No detail was considered too small during the build of 5 West – only the very best quality was expected and executed.
