LKC Paving Spotlight: Ronald McDonald House

The L. Keeley Paving Group was selected by SSM Health to repair the existing parking lot at the Ronald McDonald House of St. Louis. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children and supports organizations that serve the needs of children. In order to keep providing for the community, the parking lot required milling and new overlay/restriping.

The L. Keeley Paving Team scoped and presented the client with the necessary repair needs, ensuring a phasing process that allowed families to still utilize the parking lot during construction. Despite the difficult phasing challenge, L. Keeley managed to outperform the anticipated schedule and finished the project within budget, to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
